Cancel Your Order
Contact customer service immediately after placing the order. Orders that have been processed for shipping can not be cancelled. To check the status of your order, you will need to sign in to your daywind.com account and navigate to My Account. Under Past Orders, the Status is displayed for your past orders. If the status is Processing, the order is no longer able to be cancelled. All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Return Policy
Defective, broken, and incorrectly shipped accompaniment tracks may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund or exchange. However, we will not honor exchanges or refunds due to customer preference (i.e. wrong key or performer). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product that they order is what he/she intends to order. MP3 Downloads are non-refundable. If you experience difficulties with your download you will need to contact Daywind Customer Service at 1.800.635.9581 to resolve the problem.
For all other product, please contact customer service to determine if it can be returned for not meeting your expectations, if it has a manufacturing defect, was damaged during shipping, or was incorrectly sent to you. Any returned product must be in saleable condition. New and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the merchandise cost only (we are unable to reimburse shipping costs). Items must be returned without defect.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee, at our discretion. In general, restocking fees start at 20% but may be significantly higher depending on the condition of the return.
A CD, DVD, or kit/pack with a CD or DVD may not be returned if the media has been opened.
Sales of electronic downloadable files are final and are not refundable.
If we make a mistake in filling your order, we will gladly refund the shipping charges.
When returning an item please include a note with your name and billing information listing the items being returned and the reason for the return. Pack your items securely and choose a return shipping method that allows for package tracking, such as UPS or insured Parcel Post.

Sales Tax
Daywind.com charges the appropriate state and/or local sales tax for any order shipping to Tennessee. Tennessee residents are charged according to their state and/or local tax rate. Please note that the sales tax for Tennessee orders is calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling. The tax imposed by Tennessee on shipping and handling is part of the TN state sales tax, not a separate tax.

Security is a top priority at Daywind. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software currently available in the industry – SSL.
All Daywind servers, including web servers and database servers, are housed and maintained in secure locations. Access to the database is strictly monitored and protected from outside access. Internet access is restricted and protected by multiple Checkpoint and firewalls and password protection. The servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secured environment, inside a secured and locked room. All backups are stored and locked in a high-level security room. Only personnel with proper security clearance have access to these restricted areas.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items on daywind.com will be shipped out no later than the release date listed on the product page. If you pre-order an item, your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed. Release dates are supplied by the manufacturer or distributor of the product and are subject to change without notice. Once we learn about any changes to the release date, we will update the information accordingly on our site.
If you do not wish to wait for a delay, you may request a cancellation for your order, provided that the item has not entered the shipping process in our warehouse. If we do not hear from you before we ship the item, we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.

How do I download a song to my iPhone or iPad?
Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t allow you to download an MP3 file directly to the device outside of the iTunes store. To get the files saved to the device, you will need to connect the device to a computer and sync the device using the iTunes software.
Where are my downloads stored?
The location of your music depends on the applications you use and your operating system. Files are typically saved to your computer using your web browser’s default (downloads folder) save location. Search for “.mp3” and “.zip” files on your computer or check your Web browser settings to determine the default location for saving downloaded files.
What does DRM-free mean?
Digital Rights Management or “DRM” commonly refers to software that is designed to control or limit how a file can be played, copied, downloaded, shared, or accessed. DRM-free means that the MP3 files you purchase from Daywind do not contain any software that will restrict your use of the file.
What are the technical specifications of MP3 Music Download files?

Bit Rate: Our content is encoded using a constant bit rate of 192 kbps. This bit rate provides an excellent audio quality with a smaller file size.
File Size: A typical 5-minute song takes up approximately 5MB of storage space.
Download Times: A single MP3 file 5MB in size will download in less than one minute on a typical broad-band Internet connection. A similar download on a 56k dial-up connection can take up to 30 minutes.
Which computer operating systems are compatible with Daywind.com?
You can buy songs from any computer with a Web browser capable of downloading files from the Internet. The MP3 files you purchase will download directly to your computer and are compatible with any system that can read the MP3 music format.
What if I have trouble downloading my MP3 purchase?
In certain cases, settings on your browser may be preventing your files from being downloaded to your computer.
Enable Cookies: Daywind uses cookies to confirm your purchases and manage your MP3 file downloads. You will need to enable your browser to accept cookies from Daywind to successfully download files.

Are there any restrictions on how I use the music I purchase?
When you make a purchase from the Daywind.com, you are also accepting and bound by the Daywind MP3 Downloads Terms of Use. The albums and songs you purchase from Daywind are free of Digital Rights Management software so that you have the flexibility to play them on any of your media players, PCs, phones, or tablets; you also have the option to burn them to a CD.
Can I burn my MP3 files on a CD and listen to it on my CD player?
Yes. MP3 files downloaded from Daywind should be compatible with most CD burning software or CD and DVD players capable of reading MP3 audio files.
Can I download another copy of my MP3 files after the initial purchase?
Daywind.com MP3 purchases can only be downloaded once. After you have successfully downloaded the file to your computer at the time of purchase, we recommend that you create a backup copy.
