Children can partake in the beautiful traditional act of “lighting a candle” during their prayer time with our beautiful wooden prayer candles. The light of the candle is a symbol of our prayer, offered to God in faith. This simple and beautiful act, invites children to pause and direct their attention towards the Lord. Like adults, the physical act of lighting a candle reminds them that their prayers are real and are heard by God. Our Montessori-inspired candles allow for hands on interaction, cultivate imagination and require no dangerous electricity or batteries.

The Memorare is one of the most beloved traditional Catholic Marian prayers. It was popularized in the 17th century by Fr. Claude Bernard. Fr. Bernard credited the prayer with his miraculous healing, and was so grateful he shared the prayer with hundreds of thousands of others. Throughout the centuries, it has been a favorite prayer of many Saints, including St. Francis de Sales and St. Teresa of Calcutta.

• A favorite of European toy manufacturers, our new wood sets are crafted using highly sustainable solid rubberwood from Forest Stewardship Council certified sources, and non-toxic water based paint.
• Rubberwood is a highly sustainable and beautiful hardwood. Trees that have finished producing latex on rubber tree farms are cut down to make room for new trees to be planted. Instead of wasting this beautiful wood, it is used to create a variety of home goods and toys! We've very intentionally selected rubberwood for this reason, to avoid deforestation and ensure our wooden toys are truly environmentally friendly.
