If I'm Guilty

Daywind, Inc., (the “Licensor”) hereby grants permission to the Artist ("You" or “Artist”) for a one-time use by the Licensee of the Licensor’s master of the accompaniment track (the “Master”) for the purpose of recording vocals or instrumentals to the accompaniment track(s) and commercially exploiting the resulting derivative work on one album on a non-exclusive basis.

For this use, the Licensee shall pay to the Licensor in immediately available funds the sum of one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175.00) per Master.

This Accompaniment Track Master License is valid and binding once You have made payment and agreed to the terms and conditions.

Note: The Licensor is not granting permission for use of the underlying song copyright(s). To secure this permission, a mechanical license(s) must be obtained from the song’s publisher prior to the commercial release of the album. Information on how to contact the song publisher for this license is available upon request from the Licensor.

- Licenses will be issued during business hours -

Daywind, Inc., (the “Licensor”) hereby grants a Social Media and Livestream Broadcast License under the terms set forth below to Licensee ("You" or “Licensee”)

Licensee may hereby use Daywind Soundtrack master(s) (the “Master(s)”) for the purpose of broadcasting/livestreaming performances coupling the Licensee’s voice or instrumental performance with the Master(s) on social media, websites, and television for a one-time use.

For this permission, the Licensee shall pay to the Licensor the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) in immediately available funds.

This Social Media and Livestream Broadcast License is valid and binding once You have made payment and agreed to the terms and conditions. 

License Issue Date: Date of payment

License Expiration Date: Date of livestream

- Licenses will be issued during business hours -

For reference, this license covers only the master recording of the composition. If not already done so, Licensee will need to obtain streaming permissions for the composition. There are various resources to obtain the permissions you need for the composition, including the song publishers website, CCLI (www.ccli.com). Obtaining composition permission is the sole responsibility of Licensee.

Daywind, Inc., (the “Licensor”) hereby grants permission to the Artist ("You" or “Artist”) for a one-time use by the Licensee of the Licensor’s master of the accompaniment track (the “Master”) for the purpose of recording vocals or instrumentals to the accompaniment track(s) and commercially exploiting the resulting derivative work on one album on a non-exclusive basis.

For this use, the Licensee shall pay to the Licensor in immediately available funds the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per Master.

This Accompaniment Track Master License is valid and binding once You have made payment and agreed to the terms and conditions.

To secure this permission, a mechanical license(s) must be obtained from the song’s publisher prior to the commercial release of the album.
